Welcome To The Kindergarten Literacy Wiki!

This wiki is designed for you and your child to read, write, listen and interact with the numerous writing and reading projects that are happening in Kindergarten.  As I create additional pages I will add them to the side bar.  All you have to do is sign in, go to a page you want to see and then make a comment, post a question, share an idea or connection!  This is a great way for you to interact and be a part of your child's literacy development.

Literacy Links!

I have links below that you may find useful.  One of the links is Fundations.  This is the research based reading program we use in Kindergarten.  When you visit this link it will give you some information about the Fundations Reading Program.http://www.fundations.com/

I also have a podcast of the "Echo Alphabet" for you to listen to with your child.  This is how your child will learn the letter names and sounds.  Have Fun!

I have also listed some Author Links.  This are links to some of the authors that your child will be reading and writing about in Kindergarten.

Here is a list of some of the children authors your child will be exploring.
